- If there is a problem and you will not be ready for your installation, please call and let us know and we will reschedule.
- If you are unsure how to frame the door, please let us know. We will be happy to help you get the opening to ready for installation.
- If our installers arrive to the job on the scheduled day and the job is not ready per the requirements outlined below, the homeowner / contractor may be charged a service call fee.
